Bino and his amazing group at Carl’s Catering did a fabulous job for my husband’s retirement party! The food was out of this world, the venue was perfect and Bino and his staff, as usual, were outstanding! We will always host our family functions at Carl’s Catering and we always recommend our family, friends and colleagues to do the same. You will never go wrong with Bino and Carl’s Catering in The Glen!

The owner of Rotary Glen and Carl's catering Bino wears his heart on his sleeve. We have gone to him for help in many fundraisers and his response is 100%. My younger daughter married at the hall and the planning was so convenient and easy because Bino and his incredible staff make it that way. As we were eating his most famous prime rib my mother asked when this restaurant is open as she would definitely come back as the food was amazing. With a chuckle I had to tell her it was a hall not a restaurant. There is nothing Bino is not able to help with or go out of his way to help you with. I would in a second recommend this hall to anyone for any function. I give it a full 5 rating.

Carl's was the perfect place for our wedding reception. It fit 100 people perfectly, and Melissa and Bino couldn't have been more helpful. They catered to our every need and were more than accommodating. Everything went without a hitch, and we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING where Carl's was involved. The grounds are beautiful, everyone had a blast, and the food was FANTASTIC. People are still raving about it 2 weeks later. Absolutely perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better night.

We had our wedding at Carls Catering May 2017 and it was wonderful. Bino and his staff are amazing and super accommodating. Melissa was a dream to work with and set me at ease when it came to planning. The venue and grounds made for some amazing pictures and the interior made for the perfect cozy romantic night. I cant say enough how amazing the staff were. From the food coming out super fast to accommodating some last minute dietary restriction they were awesome. It rained on that day and I was so worried that everything might not turn out well, but with the help of Bino's crew, our wedding was sooo amazing! The food was incredible, and we were able to meet the companies that work with the Glen. We were able to speak directly baker, meet out officiant, DJ, and chefs.
